Jack was very personable and friendly, and made an effort to be more helpful and available than was strictly necessary. Even after we moved he checked in with us to make sure I didn't have any more questions etc.
For negotiation, Jack applied gentle encouraging pressure to up the price, but nothing too pushy, basically an ideal middle ground negotiator for vendor and purchaser.
Jack also spent some time to help me measure the place after purchase, so I could organize furniture. He helped me work out how turn on various appliances and was quite warm and chatty, able to paint a great picture of what living there would be like. We had an administrative issue regarding move in date, however Kenny allowed us to move into the property 2 days before our move in date at no extra cost in order to accommodate us.

I have to say they are the best property agency I meet so far. As the landlord for 7 years, I have always struggled to deal with the agencies who only take the payment but don't do the job. I almost plan to sell our apartment to stop the pain.
